Inclusion on the lab list does not entitle any lab to any special treatment or offers from Marchon Eyewear Inc., except the distribution of the preferred lab list to any and all accounts of Marchon Eyewear Inc., that have purchased the Airlock Drilled Rimless system.

Inclusion on the preferred lab list does not mean or imply that any lab must accept a particular job.

Marchon Eyewear Inc., does not warrant any work by any lab, and cannot be held liable for any defects other than manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship of the Airlock Drilled Rimless eyewear frame. Marchon Eyewear Inc., shall not be responsible for any damage to lenses.
